Condensate must be safely drained. Gravity drainage is used wherever practical; where it is not possible, a separately quoted condensate pump may be required. Pumps need regular cleaning and maintenance.
We use a professional vacuum pump and digital vacuum gauge to measure the vacuum, help confirm that air and moisture have been removed, and check vacuum stability before commissioning.
Visible piping, insulation, cabling and drainage are enclosed in PVC trunking where conditions allow. Colour-coded or painted trunking can be requested at an additional fee.

Equipment or component failure, insufficient maintenance, blocked filters or drains, electrical supply problems, corrosion, weather, pests, accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised work, building defects and pre-existing materials.
Qualifying manufacturing defects involving specified compressors, electronic boards, motors, sensors or other factory-fitted components.
Proof of purchase, registration, qualifying installation and service records may be required. Labour, travel, access equipment and call-out costs are excluded unless the written warranty states otherwise.
Warranty periods and conditions differ by brand, supplier and model. The applicable invoice, warranty card and manufacturer or distributor terms remain the final authority. Warranty does not replace routine servicing.
