2. Website Use

3. Quotes & Estimates

Quotes are valid for 7 days unless stated otherwise. Pricing may change after a site inspection where additional materials, access difficulties, electrical work, piping, trunking, brackets, repairs or custom requirements are identified.

4. Bookings & Access

Customers must ensure safe access to the property, indoor units, outdoor units, electrical points and work areas. Delays caused by restricted access, unsafe working conditions or incorrect information may affect the booking or final cost.

5. Payments & Deposits

A deposit may be required before work begins. Final payment is due immediately upon completion, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Ownership of supplied equipment remains with Airsense Airconditioning Pty Ltd until full payment has been received.

6. Warranty

Workmanship and parts warranties apply where relevant. Manufacturer warranties are subject to the manufacturerโ€™s own terms. Warranty may be void where misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, unauthorised tampering, incorrect electrical supply or third-party work is found.

7. Customer Responsibility

Customers are responsible for regular maintenance, cleaning, correct use of the air conditioner and reporting faults early. Units exposed to coastal air, dust, blocked filters or poor drainage may require more frequent servicing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Airsense Airconditioning Pty Ltd is not liable for damage caused by misuse, lack of maintenance, third-party installations, hidden defects, pre-existing faults, electrical issues, building defects or customer neglect.

9. Cancellations & Delays

We reserve the right to reschedule work due to weather, supplier delays, safety concerns, access issues or unforeseen circumstances. Customers should provide reasonable notice for cancellations or booking changes.

10. Changes to Terms

Airsense Airconditioning Pty Ltd may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updated terms become effective once published on this website.
